As we say goodbye to the summer season start reseting your beauty regimen so that you are in tune with the new season that we fondly call as fall. Your skin and hair would be experiencing a different kind of weather so a few tweaks here and there on your summer beauty regimen would be necessary.

Many of us stick to one beauty routine. But using the same routine is not ideal as different seasons bring in different climate and weather elements. Mostly time constraint, a tight budget and a preference for less complicated things are the reasons why many of us only stick to one beauty regimen. However the sad truth is that sticking to just one beauty regimen the entire year can mean that the skin and hair are actually not getting the caring they deserve and desperately need. This can lead to even more problems.

You would not need to worry about your tight budget and time as your fall beauty regimen should not be that costly nor complicated. So don’t be scared to press that reset button as the fall season waves hello! But first here are three basic skin care tips that should be practiced all throughout the year!

Many of us have heard about the concept that beauty comes from within. And indeed this is true. If you are gunning to have beautiful skin, you need to start thinking about what you feed your body with. If you have not been properly nourishing your body and keeping it hydrated then you most likely would end up with dull, flaky and blemished skin. Since what you put inside your body is reflected on your skin then you should seriously start paying attention to what you eat and drink.

Eat Fruits and Vegetables
Start eating raw fruits and vegetables as they actually are crucial in making the cells stronger. Aside from drinking water to keep the body well-hydrated, it is also ideal to munch on fruits having high water content such as cucumbers, watermelon, mangoes and apricots. These fruits also are loaded with Vitamin A which plays a role in normalising skin cells.

Ever tried green juices? Say goodbye to your usual bottle of juices and cans of soda as they are actually not healthy. Instead switch to green juices. You can easily make your own blend. Apple, kale, ginger, romaine, celery, cucumber, parsley and lemon can be made into green juices. You can either mix all of them together or just mix your top picks. Green juices have the power to detoxify which only means great looking and healthy skin. Green juices also help in keeping the skin’s elasticity and promoting a healthy and glowing complexion.
