Eating food groups packed with antioxidants is great for your skin’s health. Antioxidants fight free radicals and harmful UV rays that damage the skin. Leafy greens are packed with antioxidants. Berries and nuts as well are loaded with antioxidants.

Spotting the Earliest Warning Signs of Skin Cancer

  • Raised bump that looks waxy especially appearing on the face or neck.

  • Any mole that starts changing in size or bleeds.
  • Mole having an irregular border can also be a sign.

Signs of skin cancer can appear just about everywhere. But usually they appear on skin areas that are often exposed under the sun.
