It is best to eat them raw and fresh. Fish oils can also help prevent dandruff because they have the ability to keep the scalp and hair moisturized as well as control overproduction of sebum. Too much oil on the scalp can attract bacterial and fungal growth which can lead to dandruff. Any food loaded with B vitamins and lean proteins are great for dandruff prevention.

  • Use at-home and natural dandruff remedies.
    The solution to your dandruff problem can be very well be sitting in your kitchen. Lime and lemon juice are popularly used to treat dandruff. Just mix a tablespoon of lime or lemon juice in a cup of warm water, massage onto your scalp and let it soak for about 15 minutes before rinsing. Apple cider vinegar is also an effective dandruff remedy. Just massage a few drops of the vinegar onto your scalp and leave it on for about 15 minutes before rinsing. You may also use natural oils like Argan oil to treat and prevent dandruff.
