Don’t forget about protection. The skin needs protecting against what? The sun’s Ultra Violet rays! The sun’s UV rays are very damaging. Constant exposure to these harmful UV rays results to wrinkles, fine lines, blemishes and age spots. This also makes you very vulnerable to skin cancer.
Every time that you would be going outside your house, see to it that you have applied sunscreen lotion to your skin. Use a sunscreen lotion with SPF 15 or even higher. Remember to lather the lotion to all exposed skin and lather on at least 15 minutes before heading outside.

Go for organic skin care products. Skin care products and most cosmetics have chemicals that may irritate the skin. Live a healthy lifestyle! On top of all these skin care tips you should see to it that you live a healthy lifestyle. Your skin would show if you are living a healthy lifestyle. Go to bed early to catch enough sleep of about 8 hours, eat balanced and healthy meals, exercise regularly and let go of your bad habits such as smoking and drinking of alcohol.
