How to Take Care of Your Hair!

It is always advisable to use a mild shampoo whichever hair type you have. Oily hair should be washed only once a day maximum while dry hair needs fewer washes.

    If you love sports and you have oily hair, it would be better for you to shower and wash your hair after practice or a game. If you are a lifeguard or just someone who loves the beach, protect your hair from the sun. Moisturize your hair by using conditioners, oils, and by drinking lots of water.

    Are you the type to keep your hair styled whenever you get out of the house? Here’s some bad news, blow dryers, curling and straightening irons dry out all hair types. Make sure to read manuals carefully before using these heat styling products, don’t use them on wet hair, and to give your hair a break from these equipment once in a while.
