- Saturated Fats – You should not take in too much of saturated fats. Excessive saturated fats will spike up your good and bad cholesterol levels in the blood. This leads to building up of fat deposits in the walls of your blood vessels which can lead to blood clots and heart problems.
- Unsaturated fats – Unsaturated fats are very good for your health. This type of fats do not increase your levels of blood cholesterol therefore minimising your risk of developing heart diseases.
