  • ½ tsp of dried oregano, crushed
  • ½ tsp of dried basil, crushed
  • Coarse salt, to taste

How to Prepare

Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and saute for about 5 minutes or until softened. Stir in tomatoes, juice, wine and spices. Simmer for 8 minutes or until lightly thickened. Season with salt.

  • 6 eggs, large

How to Prepare

  1. Boil the eggs for 13 minutes.
  2. Remove the shells from the eggs and cut in half.
  3. Gently scoop out the yolks and place them a bowl.
  4. Your next task is to mash the egg yolks and add the mayo, mustard, curry powder. Remember to mix them well and add salt to taste.
  5. Using a small spoon, fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish each egg half with paprika, chopped chive flowers, and freshly cracked pepper.
