Make sure that you lather on sunscreen lotion on your skin before going out of your house. It does not matter where you are going; to the beach, the grocery store or to play outdoor sports, you need to protect your skin from the sun’s UV rays. Use a sunscreen lotion with an SPF of 15 or more and apply on your skin at least 15 minutes before going out.
  2. Moisturise your skin daily. The skin loses its natural moisturiser and essential oils everyday. You need to replenish the skin’s moisturiser to avoid having dry and flaky skin. For best results you should use the Argan oil as skin moisturiser. The Argan oil not only moisturises the skin but also fights skin aging.
