Wrinkles Don't Have To Take Over Your Skin

Stop Wrinkles on its Track Quickly in 4 Easy Steps

Wrinkles often bring panic in women. When the skin starts showing signs of aging most women go frantic and worry about how to slow down skin aging. Well worrying about wrinkles will bring you more wrinkles so the smartest move is to keep your calm when you start seeing wrinkles on your skin.

Skin aging is probably one of the biggest concerns of most women all over the world. Not many women welcome the idea of looking old. In fact one of the most spent on skin care products by women is anti aging creams, lotions, potions and oils.

Wrinkles are often unwelcomed but whether we welcome them or not, they are a fact of life and will one day soon start appearing in our skin. However you can very well slow down the development of wrinkles and delay their onset on your skin. How?

How to Slow Down Skin Aging

  1. Protect the skin daily from the sun’s harmful rays. UV or ultra violet rays are actually the number one cause of skin aging. UV rays penetrate deep under the skin and damage both DNA and collagen. Collagen maintains the skin’s elasticity and its smooth look and feel. As we grow older the body produces less collagen. The lesser our collagen level is the more prone is the skin to have wrinkles, fine lines and rough texture. If you continuously expose your skin to the sun’s UV rays without protection the more collagen are damaged therefore the skin would age faster and the signs of skin aging which are wrinkles and fine lines start appearing. 10 to 15 minutes of unprotected exposure under the sun is enough to cause skin damage. Make sure that you lather on sunscreen lotion on your skin before going out of your house. It does not matter where you are going; to the beach, the grocery store or to play outdoor sports, you need to protect your skin from the sun’s UV rays. Use a sunscreen lotion with an SPF of 15 or more and apply on your skin at least 15 minutes before going out.
  2. Moisturise your skin daily. The skin loses its natural moisturiser and essential oils everyday. You need to replenish the skin’s moisturiser to avoid having dry and flaky skin. For best results you should use the Argan oil as skin moisturiser. The Argan oil not only moisturises the skin but also fights skin aging. It is made up of so many ingredients that benefit the skin such as essential unsaturated fatty acids, Vitamin E, Sterols, Linoleic acid and Prostaglandins. It also contains components that fight skin aging such as Ferulic acid, Polyphenols and Carotenoids.
  3. Stop smoking. Here’s another reason for you to quit smoking. If you want to have beautiful and young skin you need to start giving up this bad habit. Smoking actually robs the skin of the oxygen it needs and also destroys collagen.
  4. Start eating healthy. If you are serious about keeping the youth of your skin then watch what you eat. Add more fruits and vegetables on your diet and cut out fast food meals.

These four steps will help you have that beautiful, smooth and young skin you have been praying for.
