Some people when they hear the words physical activities and exercise immediately give out excuses as to why they cannot go to the gym. Exercise or physical activities are not just confined to the gym. Anything that can get you moving for at least 30 minutes or an hour gives your body a good work out. Walk, run, jog, dance or anything you love that keeps you moving. Exercise keeps your body and mind in good shape. When wrinkles start creeping up the skin, one can start feeling old or rather older.   • Protect your skin from UV rays – UV rays are the leading cause of wrinkles. Daily sun protection is a must. Essential oils with numerous antioxidants in them like the Moroccan Argan oil are great for protecting the skin against the harmful effects of UV rays. Aside from applying sunscreen, lather on such oil on your skin. However, remember not to use the oil itself as your sunscreen lotion.
  • Rest up. – Giving your body a good rest is essential in keeping the skin healthy and youthful. The skin naturally heals and repairs damaged cells at night when the body is asleep. The entire process of repairing damaged skin cells takes about 7 hours. If you keep depriving yourself sleep, this means that the skin is not able to repair the damage it has sustained throughout each day and your skin will start aging faster.
  • Drink up. – You should drink lots of water and fresh fruit juices. They are both excellent in promoting good skin health.
