  • Get moving!
    Don’t be too lazy and just lounge on your couch or stay in bed especially during your rest days. You have to keep moving. If you are leading a sedentary lifestyle you’ll soon discover that your skin is getting dull. This is because when you don’t move around much, inside your body, circulation will also be lazy or sluggish which means that necessary nutrients won’t reach its intended designation such as your skin.
