Get up early this Sunday to prepare your father a delicious breakfast! This Father’s Day, start your dad’s day right by serving him a hearty breakfast. He’ll definitely wake up on the right side of the bed when he smells the delicious aroma of his favourite breakfast meal!
So what does your father love having for breakfast? Scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes or bread are a staple favourite! These are quite easy to prepare.
Here are some breakfast options that fathers love to wake up to!
- 1 or 2 eggs
- salt to taste
- 1 -2 tablespoons of Olive oil
In a bowl, beat eggs slightly. Sprinkle just enough salt maybe a small pinch would do. Get your pan and heat it over low heat. Once heated, pour the oil in and pour in the beaten eggs as well. Keep stirring the eggs while it’s cooking. Remember to keep the heat low.
You don’t need oil to cook bacon. Just place your strips of bacon in a pot or pan with water and let it boil. Once the water evaporates, oil will come out of the bacon and that would fry the bacon. After the strips are crispy-fried, place them in a paper towel to drain the oil.
You can easily toast bread using a toaster or a skillet. You can spread butter on the toast or if your dad is not too fond of butter, just toast the bread as it is.
Your dad may have been used to eating toast with jam or butter, but how about letting him have a new culinary experience? Why not prepare a dip for the toast using the Moroccan Argan oil. This culinary oil is packed with Vitamin E and other antioxidants! It also contains essential fatty acids. The culinary Argan oil helps keep the “bad cholesterol” level down and boosts the immune system! This dip is a healthy addition to your dad’s breakfast.
Fruits on the Side
Prepare some fruits on the side! The summer heat is becoming more intense and fruits will definitely refresh your dad’s body! Serve his favourite fruits on the side! Slice them up and arrange them neatly! This plateful of fruits will also serve as his dessert.
