- Vitamin E – This powerful antioxidant protects not just the nails but also the tissues around the nails from getting damaged by free radicals. Vitamin E is also known to help in nail growth. This is because this nutrient allows blood to circulate properly in the nails. This proper blood circulation allows nails to grow healthy.
- Vitamin A – Vitamin A is another nutrient essential for healthy nails. Vitamin A is another powerful antioxidant which means that it helps protect the nails from the damaging effects o free radicals.
