Returns
We really hope that you will love our Premium quality Argan oil products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will provide a full refund. Even if the bottle is half empty. You can email us at customerservice@arganoilshop.com and we will immediately take action.

Damaged Products
If you receive your product damaged, please contact us at customerservice@arganoilshop.com. All claims for damages must be placed within ten days of receipt of merchandise. Also, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the product is defective.

Tax
In compliance with state law, we charge 6% sales tax for all orders shipped to Kentucky.
