Domestic Shipping Policy

Best Way is our Standard shipping and is temporarily FREE for orders shipped within the US. Free shipping offers are valid only on weekday deliveries to addresses within the Continental United States and the shipping method is standard (Best Way). We always ship in-stock items immediately and ship any backordered items when they become available at no additional charge.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship on Monday. For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1:00pm USA Central Standard Time Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)

Where is my order shipping from?

To ensure fast and efficient shipping, all orders are packaged and shipped from central located state-of-the-art distribution facility, located in Kentucky.

If one or more items is on backorder, when will I receive my order?

If any of your items are on backorder, we will ship your in-stock items immediately and your out-of-stock items as soon as they are available – at no additional charge to you.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers and links necessary to locate your order.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address.

How are orders shipped to FPO, APO and PO Boxes?

Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and PO boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight. Note: FPO and APO are considered “domestic” deliveries, and gets domestic freight rates.

What if I entered my address incorrectly?

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

Do you charge sales tax on shipping charges?

Kentucky residents are subject to a sales tax of 6%.

What happens if I’m not present at the time of delivery?

No signature is required for UPS or USPS ground shipments. The shipment is left in your mailbox (USPS), or porch (UPS). Note: A signature is required for all AIR shipments.

What is your policy on Specials and Promotions?

Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order.

International Shipping Policy

Product pricing, payment and exchange rates

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • All transactions made on are in U.S. dollars.
  • The following credit cards are accepted for international orders: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American express.
  • PayPal is also accepted.
  • When paying by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

Placing an international order

You can place your international order directly into our website by following the order instructions. You will be asked for a shipping address where you can select your country and submit your international address. We only ship to the following international countries for now:

  • Brazil
  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • Surinam

The list of countries we ship to will be expanded in the near future.

International shipping options

We offer reliable, efficient and inexpensive international shipping options for your convenience. Delivery conditions differ per country. When you actually place your order at, our system will present you the available delivery dates based on the delivery conditions of the selected destination country. in conjunction with reliable local delivery services, will guarantee delivery on or within 2 days of the requested delivery date. Although some delivery locations require calls to the recipient due to local delivery procedures, we are unable to make pre-delivery calls based on customer requests. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery. is not responsible for:

  • Products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer.

Please note that any orders placed for delivery outside of the United States cannot always be tracked. We strive to use the most reliable delivery services, but sometimes our fulfillment partners do not have the proper tracking technology in place. Please note that charges are adjusted to accommodate local delivery conditions. Information would come up when the order is actually placed. All prices on the sites are listed in US Dollars. We are not able to guarantee a specific time of delivery. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time. Deliveries may vary due to holidays and recipient availability. Recipients are required to be home to receive international orders. Please note that international shipping fees will be calculated by weight and destination.

Returned, refused and seized packages

We strongly encourage you to contact your customs office or other appropriate authority before you place an order to familiarize yourself with any regulations or restrictions that may apply. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties or your delivery being delayed, or returned to us. Before you make a purchase, please read our disclaimer regarding returned, refused or seized orders:


  • Address or other customer error: If a package is returned to due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Violation of laws: If a package is returned to due to violation of a country’s laws, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) billed to A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus a 20% restocking fee.

  • For any returned package: For any order that is returned to, if return shipping cost is greater than the cost of goods ordered, will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such a case, the customer will not receive a refund for the order, but will not be liable for the return shipping cost.
  • Destroyed or unreturned package: If a package has been destroyed by customs or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to, we cannot issue a refund for the order. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.

To comply with international laws and help minimize the possibility of problems as your package goes through customs, includes basic information about the products you ordered and the full value of your order (minus shipping cost) on the shipping label. Illegal and banned products

Please check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed. If you place an order and your local customs office determines that any product(s) are illegal, your package may be seized. Returns & Replacements

All claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be placed within ten days of receipt of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be received by in saleable condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective. The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the merchandise is defective. All international shipments do not include extra charge for custom clearance. Please be advised that international shipments could be delayed for custom clearance reasons. Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or we shipped an incorrect item.
